Reservation Policy
For booking confirmation, the À Espera solicita um depósito de 50% do valor total da reserva. Esse depósito poderá ser feito através de cartão de crédito ou por transferência bancária. Neste último caso, o envio do sinal deve ser feito nas 24h após a confirmação da disponibilidade. Sem a receção do comprovativo de depósito dentro das 24h, a reserva é cancelada.
Cancellation Policy
Se o cancelamento for efetuado até 14 dias da data do check-in (inclusive), procederemos ao reembolso do depósito.
Reservas canceladas a menos de 14 dias da data do check-in não são passíveis de devolução do depósito.
Em caso de não comparência na data do check-in, será cobrada a totalidade da reserva efetuada.
Em caso de saída antecipada, será cobrada a totalidade da reserva efetuada.
Reservamo-nos o direito de cancelar ou modificar reservas nas circunstâncias em que pareça que um cliente forneceu um cartão de crédito inválido, esteja envolvido em atividades fraudulentas ou inapropriadas, ou as reservas contenham ou tenham resultado de um engano ou erro. Adicionalmente, reservamo-nos o direito de cancelar ou corrigir as reservas se não estiverem de acordo com os nossos termos e condições. Nos casos dos cancelamentos de reservas acima mencionados, o À Espera não tem obrigação de garantir novas reservas disponíveis ou melhores tarifas. Uma nova reserva com a melhor taxa disponível terá que ser feita pelo hóspede no momento da nova reserva.

O À Espera works with dynamic rates, which means that our rates change according to the time of year, festive seasons and demand of the day, always guaranteeing the best available rate (BAR) for all direct bookings.
All rates include VAT at the legal rate in force and breakfast.

Outdoor Swimming Pool
À Espera has an outdoor swimming pool for the exclusive use of its guests.
The pool is not monitored or heated, being monitored and treated daily with products suitable for maintaining pH, temperature, transparency and chlorine level.
It is not allowed to dive, eat or drink inside the pool, as well as in the space surrounding it.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms and in indoor public spaces. Smoking will only be allowed in outdoor areas where the floor is covered with mosaics, and it is not allowed to put cigarette butts on the floor, only in ashtrays placed for this purpose.

The accommodation has a Complaints Book. Housekeeping and Cleaning
This accommodation unit is cleaned, disinfected, prepared and verified in accordance with the high cleaning requirements established in the internal regulations of Turismo Rural À Espera and complying with the requirements of the Clean & Safe program of Turismo de Portugal and the standards of the DGS - Directorate General of health. It is our commitment to guarantee these conditions of excellence, offering a safe and comfortable stay to our guests. In case you find any inconsistency, we ask that you contact us immediately, so that we can resolve the situation.
For environmental and sustainable reasons, towels are exchanged after the 3rd night, and it is always possible to do so at the customer's request. Room tidying and cleaning hours between 10 am and 3 pm.
Maintenance of outdoor spaces
The maintenance of the outdoor spaces will be carried out by a company external to À Espera, between 12:00 and 16:00, there may be some noise during this period.
Insurance
O Our accommodation recommends purchasing a Complete Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy covers, but is not limited to, the following: loss of payment due to cancellation, loss of or damage to personal luggage, loss of money and medical treatment expenses.
